Cindy Poehls performed all of her duties in an outstanding manner. She staged the house, told me what needed to be replaced
(old stove), what needed to be added (ceiling fan in the master bedroom), what needed to be repaired and assisted in the accomplishment of all those actions. She kept me informed at all times, provide useful suggestions, kept in contact with potential buyers and accomplished the nearly impossible- a sale!- in an extremely slow market and at a slow time of the year (November).
